L- Acetil Carnitine, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Pholipidic Complex from Lecithin soy, L-glutamic acid, Maltodextrin, Potassium gluconate, Black blueberry (Vaccinium myrtillus L.) dried extract berries, Ginko biloba (Ginkgo biloba L.) dry extract leaves, ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), magnesium gluconate, conjugated linoleic acid, coating agent: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, DL-Alpha tocopherol (Vitamin E), Gelatina, Lievito enriched in Selenium, Phosphate tribasic, Antiagglomerants: Silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate; Piridossina Hydrochloride (Vitamina B6), Cianocobalamina (Vitamina B12), Tiamina Hydrochloride (Vitamina B1), Stearic Acid.

Mode of use
1 tablet per day (in the morning) or according to medical advice.
