Description
Medical device for ophthalmic use without preservatives and phosphates, consisting of a slightly hypomolar, viscose, sterile and physiological pH solution, based on hyaluronic acid and Hamamelis distilled water. The high concentration of hyaluronic acid gives relief and gives the eye a greater hydration and, in case of alterations of the lacrimal film, restores its balance.
IRIVIST Eye Drops is indicated to protect and hydrate the eye surface in case of redness, burning and eye fatigue in the cases of:
- dry eye syndrome,
- environmental stress (powder, smog, allergens, smoke, air conditioning, environmental pollution),
- visual stress due mainly to prolonged use of electronic devices (computer, television, videoterminal), intense study, prolonged driving and fatigue.
IRIVIST Eye Drops is a refreshing solution also suitable for those who suffer from occasional eye dryness or poor tearing, giving relief to the eyes and finding daily well-being. The product can be administered during use of contact lenses to improve application and comfort.

Mode of use
Instill 1-2 drops per eye, 2-3 times a day or according to medical advice.
- Break the safety seal of the bottle.
- Wash your hands thoroughly.
- Remove the protective cap.
- Gently press the body of the container and instill 1/2 drops in each eye.
- The product is monopathic to avoid possible contamination.
- The product is compatible with contact lenses.

Components
Hyaluronic acid 0.4%, Hamamelis virginiana distillate water, chloride sodium, tribasic dihydrate sodium, monohydrate citric acid, purified water.
It contains no preservatives and phosphates.

Warnings
- The product is only for ophthalmic use, do not ingest or use differently from the indications of use.
- Once opened, the bottle can be closed with the appropriate cap and the residual content must be used within 3 months to avoid possible contamination of the product.
- Before instillation check that there is no residue on the dispenser hole, if present clean with wet cloth and drop a drop before use.
- Keep away from the children's reach.
- During instillation do not touch the eye, or other surfaces, with the end of the bottle delivery.
- Do not use the product in case of known incompatibility towards even one component of the formulation.
- If necessary, make sure that the eye drops are compatible with the contact lenses used.
- In case of adverse reactions during use suspend treatment and consult your physician or pharmacist.
- If necessary, consult your doctor for use in pediatric age and for use in pregnancy and nursing.
- Any administration of medicines and medical devices for ophthalmic use should be carried out under control of a doctor who can assess the possible interactions.
- In case of compromised or damaged eye surface consult your doctor.
- Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the package.
- In the event of any serious complaint or incident occurring in relation to the device, the manufacturer and the competent authority of the Member State in which the user resides must report.

Conservation
Do not store above 30°C.
Validity of whole packaging: 36 months.
Post-opening validation: three months.
