Food supplement based on bromelin from pineapple stem.

Ingredients
Bromelina 2.500 GDU/g from pineapple stem [Ananas comosus (L.) Merr.]*; charge agent: microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel); anti-agglomerating agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, talc; pineapple [Ananas comosus (L.) Merr.] dry extract stem* (enzymatic activity as bromeline 250 GDU/g); coating agents: etylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, sodium alginate, medium chain triglycerides, stearic acid, microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel).
