Description
Food supplement exclusively based on melatonin. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to take sleep * and to alleviate the effects of Jet Lag **.
* The beneficial effect is obtained by recruitment, just before bedtime, 1 mg of melatonin.
** The beneficial effect is obtained by recruitment, just before bedtime, of a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at their destination.
Ingredients
Demineralized water; Emulsifier: Glycerol E422; melatonin; Acidity concealer: citric acid E330; Preservatives: Potassium E202, sodium benzoate E211; Suulcarating: Sucralose E955.
Without gluten And of course lactose.

How to use
Take up to 10 drops (0.5 ml) a day, to be diluted into a glass of water.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under the age of 3 years. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Store in a cool, dry place.
