How to use
A 25 g measuring a day to be taken with one of the following methods, do not exceed the doses indicated:
- Solve the product in a small amount of water together with a seasonal fruit. Blend with minipimer until you get a homogeneous cream to enjoy in the morning before breakfast or evening after dinner as a dessert;
- Solve the product in a characterizing liquid (coffee, orange juice) with the addition of half a teaspoon of honey and drinking in the morning before breakfast;
- Solve the product in 750 ml of water to drink during the day.
