adjuvant cleanser in the treatment of mycotic infections. Micodet ph 4.5 is an active specific cleanser for skin and scalp detersion. It acts as an adjuvant in case of specific dermatologic treatments. It is recommended for those who frequent usually humid warm environments such as gyms, swimming pools, sports or thermal facilities, or in case of trips in critical climatic zones and with low hygiene standards.
