How to use
Add 1 sachet (30 g) in 200 ml of milk (or water) hot or cold to taste. It can also be added to yogurt. Mix carefully. Consume immediately.
Up to 2 sachets a day, as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
