Description
Magnesium-based food supplement, chamomile, griffonia and melatonin.
Magnesium: contributes to the reduction of fatigue and fatigue, to the normal psychological function and the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Chamomile: Relaxation (sleep) and mental well-being.
Griffonia: normal mood tone. Relaxation (sleep) and mental well-being. Checking the sense of hunger.
Melatonin: contributes to the reduction of time required to sleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by recruitment, just before bedtime, 1 mg of melatonin) and to alleviate the effects of Jet Lag (and the beneficial effect is obtained by recruitment, Just before bedtime, a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at the destination).

Rauschert.] flowers e.s. 0.3% apigenine; thickeners: xynthane rubber, guar rubber, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, acacia rubber; Griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC) Baill.] seeds e.s. 25% 5-HTP; Acidifying: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate; melatonin; Antioxidants: Lycopene, ascorbic acid, D-alpha tocopherol.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 single-dose stick-packs a day, preferably in the evening before bedtime.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under three years. Food supplements should not be understood as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a correct lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not consume the deadline for conservation. Do not take sensitivity to one or more product components in the event of ascertained sensitivity. For the presence of erythritol (polyol): excessive consumption can have laxative effects.
Storage
