How to use
Open the cap, fill with ice or hot water (under 60 ° C) and is ready for immediate use.

Warnings
Do not place the ice bag in the microwave oven to heat the water.
Do not use the ice bag on the same side for more than 20 minutes. If necessary, the ice bag can be used several times a day.
Condensate could form inside the bag. To avoid the accumulation of condensation and to protect the skin, wrap the ice bag in a soft towel.
Do not use on sick skin or wounds.
