The scutellaria promotes relaxation and physiological night rest, magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.

How to use
We recommend taking 2 capsules a day, whole ingested, to be swallowed with a sip of water, preferably morning and evening.
