Description
Food supplement of phospholipids, nucleotides and ashwagandha, with vitamins and minerals.
The components contribute to:
- normal energy metabolism (vitamin C, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12 and Biotin);

How to use
Take a sachet (3 g) a day, in a glass of water (200 ml). Pour the dust into the glass, add the water and mix before drinking.
