Description
Food supplement of vitamins and minerals specifically formulated to ensure adequate daily contribution of micronutrients in cases of increased physiological requirement and reduced supply with normal diet. Supradyn charging contains vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B5 and high dosing niacin.
Vitamins of group B, copper, iron, iodine, which contribute to normal energy metabolism favoring food transformation into energy.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 effervescent tablet for adults per day.
The tablet should be dissolved in a glass of water (about 200 ml).
