Ingredients
Gamma-aminobutyrric acid (GABA); charge agent: microcrystalline cellulose, carbonate calcium; Melissa e.s. Leaves (Melissa Officinalis L. - Maltodextrine) tit. 2% in rosemary acid; Coating agents: hydroxy-propyl-methyl-cellulose, talc, lacquered rubber, glycerol; Anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.
Without gluten And of course without lactose.

How to use
It is advisable to take 1 tablet three times a day.
