Description
Elmex Junior toothpaste for children aged 6 to 12, studied specifically for specific needs during the change of teething. The new permanent teeth, which begin to check around six years, are particularly exposed to caries since dental enamel initially is still porous and relatively tender. A higher concentration of fluoride promotes the process of hardening of the teeth, thus increasing the resistance of teeth to acidal attacks and the consequent risk of caries. Thanks to the specific characteristics of the amine fluorides contained in the toothpaste, the protection from the carie is also ensured for several hours after brushing the teeth. The delicate taste stimulates children to go from the child toothpaste, with a lower fluoride content, to a product with a concentration of fluoride suited to their age.
