Description
Nasal spray indicated in rhinitis and renosites non-allergic cell-mediated vasomotores (Narne, Nares, Narma and Narsma), in rhinets and rhinosites allergic vasomotores (IgE Mediated) of mild and moderate degree, as well as in subjects subject to Surgery Fess (Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery), to create a protective effect on the respiratory mucosa and encourage tissue anatomical and functional tissue repair.
It is useful in the treatment of rhinitis and vasomotoriny rhinosites indicated above when it is present aqueous rhinorrhea associated with one or more of the following symptoms:
- sneezing (also in Salve);
- closed nose in both nostrils;
- Nasal itching;
- conjunctivitis with red or pruriginous eyes.
CELMAST explicures a protective action of the respiratory mucosa through the barrier effect provided by high and low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, favoring tissue repair. Furthermore, it explicates a mast cell protection action by reducing its sensitized reactivity and decreases the production and migration of eosinophilic and neutrophils responsible for inflammation, mucosal damage and the onset of the Symptomatology described above.
How to use
For adults (> 12 years)
Nasal spray: 2 disbursements per nostril twice a day. Minimum duration: at least 10 days; Treatment can be extended up to twenty days a month for three consecutive months.
For nasal spray (children and adults)
1) Blow your nose to remove mucus or residue to allow the product to reach the nasal areas effectively.
2) Shake before use.
3) Remove the safety of the dispenser and the protective cap.
4) Load the pump by pressing 2-3 times until you get a regular nebulization.
5) Gently insert the dispenser into a nostril, keeping the head erected and sloped slightly forward.
6) Press the spray once while you put it slowly through the nose.
7) Repeat in the other nostril following the same methods.
Notes: Do not exhale and do not blow your nose immediately after the application so as not to disperse the product (wait 10-15 minutes). Use in children must be supervised or coaded by an adult.

Components
Functional substances: 350-1.150 kda hyaluronate sodium at 0.3% (hyaluronic sodium acid), palmitoilethanelamide.
Excipients: Purified Water Fu, Ethyl Alcohol, Mint Aroma, Eucalyptolo, Methyl ParaosiBenzoate, Propyl Paraossibenzoate, Polysorbate 80, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Phosphate Monosodium Blue (or citric acid monohydrate), sodium bisodic phosphate dodecaydrate (or sodium citrate bihydrate).

Warnings

- Close the bottle well after each application.
- Store the product away from light and direct heat sources. Do not store in the refrigerator.
- Do not use the product for more than 20 consecutive days a month.

Undesirable effects (possible side effects)
The most frequent effects are:
- Burning in the nostrils immediately after administration.
It can also occur:
- irritations of the throat and the palate;
- Snelling and tearing.
The rarest effects are:
- Epistaxis (small blood leaks from the nose), especially in subjects with nasal vasal fragility.
The overdose of the product increases the probabilities that the undesirable effects described are occurring.
If persistent or serious side effects occur, interrupt use and consult your doctor or pharmacist.
All operations must be carried out gently: avoiding too deeply inserting the dispenser into the nostrils and keep the position erected during the application.
After each administration:
- Close the bottle well;
- Do not expose to direct light;
- Store away from heat sources.
The aerosol therapy solution must be administered exclusively a micronized nasal shower. Do not use nebulizers with specific oral masks or oral mouthpieces to treat low respiratory tract. Do not use the product after the expiration date. The Elmast solution is not sterile and is not injectable. Keep the product out of reach and view of children. Do not use the product if the bottle is not intact and well sealed.
