It contains all the essential vitamins and minerals to support metabolism and to supplement the feeding of women in the months following birth. The nutrients present in Multicentrum Neo Mamma DHA have many benefits impacting on: natural defenses, psychological function, skin, hair and nails, bone health, fatigue reduction. In addition, docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), the main component of fish oil, is important during breastfeeding as it contributes to the development of the brain and eyes of the newborn*.
* The beneficial effect is achieved by daily intake of 200 mg of DHA in addition to the recommended daily dose of omega 3 fatty acids in adult, which is 250 mg of DHA and EPA.

Mode of use
Take one tablet and one soft capsule per day by swallowing them with water, even separately, at any time of the day. Intake of the product does not give rise to accumulation phenomena in accordance with the method of use: do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Multicentrum neo mother DHA can be taken for prolonged periods.
