Multimagnesium

Magnesium dietary supplement in the form of 5 different salts, in order to increase its bioavailability; in fact, the absorption of magnesium, as well as other minerals, is closely linked to the type of salt with which it is administered. An additional magnesium intake is required in many situations, such as osteoporosis, alcoholism, migraine, premenstrual syndrome, kidney stones, cerebrovascular disorders. The mineral supplementation is also necessary in all subjects affected by anxiety and nervousness, prolonged stress as in the case of particularly busy athletes and workers. Also in the third age it is useful to increase the intake of magnesium.

Ingredients
Magnesium salts: magnesium chloride; magnesium pidolato; magnesium sulphate eptahydrate; magnesium gluconate; magnesium heavy oxide. Other nutritional factors: taurine; sodium borate. Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose (addensant); antiagglomerants: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.

Mode of use
The recommended dosage is 2-4 tablets daily, to be taken preferably away from meals.

Contraindications
Do not assume in case of hypersensitivity ascertained towards one of the constituents. In case of heart and kidney disease, consult your doctor before taking the product. Interactions with other drugs: the contemporary intake of magnesium and chinolinic or tetracycline antibiotics can reduce the absorption of such drugs.

Side effects
Overdosages could induce minor gastrointestinal disorders.

Warnings
For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children it is recommended to feel the medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet.
