Description
Food supplement in liquid form based on Melatonin and Teanina, indicated in cases of reduced intake with diet or increased requirements of such elements. Thanks to Melatonin, it contributes to the reduction of the time required to sleep. This beneficial effect is achieved by taking, just before bedtime, 1 mg of Melatonin. Thanks to Melatonin, it helps relieve the effects of jet lag. This beneficial effect is achieved by taking, just before bedtime, a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination.

Mode of use
