Description
Food supplement based on Melatonin, L-Tryptophan, Vitamin B6, Valeriana, Passiflora, Escolzia and Melissa, indicated in the cases of reduced intake with diet or increased requirements of such elements. Thanks to Melatonin, it contributes to the reduction of the time required to sleep. This beneficial effect is achieved by taking, just before bedtime, 1 mg of Melatonin. Thanks to Melatonin, it helps relieve the effects of jet lag. This beneficial effect is achieved by taking, just before bedtime, a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination. Thanks to Escolzia, Passiflora and Valeriana, it contributes to relaxation (sound in case of stress). Thanks to Melissa, it contributes to relaxation and mental well-being.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 capsule in the evening half an hour before bedtime, to swallow with water.
