Food supplement in liquid form based on Melatonin, L-Tryptophan, Valeriana, Passiflora, Escolzia, Biancospino and Melissa, indicated in the cases of reduced intake with the diet or of increased requirements of such elements. Thanks to Melatonin, it contributes to the reduction of the time required to sleep. This beneficial effect is achieved by taking, just before bedtime, 1 mg of Melatonin. Thanks to Melatonin, it helps relieve the effects of jet lag. This beneficial effect is achieved by taking, just before bedtime, a minimum of 0.5 mg of Melatonin on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination. Mode of use
