Copper is a mineral trace. It has been shown that copper is essential for the formation of the SOD enzyme (superoxide dismutase) where it plays a catalytic role. This enzyme is important because it has been seen that it defends the body from the toxic action of the free radicals of oxygen and from the damage to the tissues resulting in conditions of chronic inflammation as in the case of joint inflammation. Copper is also important for the absorption and use of iron in the formation of hemoglobin. In combination with vitamin C copper promotes the formation of muscle elastin. Finally it seems that copper deficiencies manifest with low levels of HDL (good cholesterol).

Ingredients
Chelate copper; charge agent: microcrystalline cellulose; calcium dibasic phosphate; thickener: sodium carbossimetil cellulose; antiagglomerant: magnesium stearate vegetable.

Mode of use
To swallow 1/2 tablet per day, with water, preferably to the meal.
