OROGERMIN
Description
Medical device for mechanical action, intended for reconstitution of the natural biological barrier formed by autochthonous savants.
Orogermina is indicated:
- in the prevention of infections of the faringotonsillare district;
- after topical and/or systemic antibiotic-therapy, to promote the replenishment of the normal saprophylangeal flora;
- in all cases where it is appropriate to promote the replenishment of the normal pharyngeal savage flora (treatment of pharynogenic topical treatment, chronic damage from smoke or irritating inhalation substances, etc.).
Mode of use
1. Cut the sachet along the dash, open the bottle and pour the contents of the sachet inside the bottle, paying attention not to make the contents of the sachet out.
2. Close the bottle with the cap and stir energetically.
3. Open the bottle, screw the sprayer pump after removing the protection of the fisherman, pulling it energetically and avoiding touching the inside with the hands.
4. Shake energetically and remove the cap from the pump.
5. Before application, operate the pump several times to activate it. With the head in an upright position, apply the product in pharynx (corn) without inhaling during the application.
6. Close the pump with the hood and store in the refrigerator.
7. It is suggested to keep the product at room temperature for about 15 minutes before delivery.
8. Shake well before any reuse.
The product so reconstituted must be:
- used within and not over 15 days from the date of the first application;
- stored in the refrigerator (4 °C).
Adults and children: 2 issues (min. 4 x 109 UFC) once a day for 30 consecutive days, using both bottles to be recomposed 15 days away from each other.
It is recommended to repeat the treatment for at least 3 months or according to medical advice.
Components
Composition of each sachet: streptococcus salivarius 24SMBc and Streptococcus oralis 89a liophilisized (min.125 x 109 UFC/g), 1 g anti-agglomerating qb.
Composition of each bottle: PEG/PPG copolymer, fructose, PEG-14 dimeticone, citrate potassium, citric acid, aroma, purified water.
Warnings
Do not use the product in case of hypersensitivity known to the components the product.
Do not use congenital or acquired immunodeficiency, neoplasms, chemotherapy treatments or presence of central venous catheter.
Do not use in case of endocarditis in place or in advance and/or heart disease predisposing to the development of endocarditis
In case of adverse reactions suspend the use of the product and consult your doctor. Don't swallow. The product can be used up to 15 days from the replenishment of the single bottle. Do not use the product if the packaging does not appear integral. Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the packaging. Avoid contact with eyes. Avoid promiscuous use of the product. Do not disperse the container in the environment after use. Keep out of reach of children.
Conservation
Close the nebulizer well after use. Keep the product intact at a temperature not exceeding 15 °C. Keep it in the fridge (4 °C) after first use. Store away from heat sources.
Format
2 bottles containing 10 ml of solution, 2 sachets of 1 g of lyophilisate, 2 oral nebulizers.
