Dual Act
Description
Chronic pelvic pain associated with numerous pathologies of the pelvic area (endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, recurring cystitis, chronic prostatitis, irritable colon syndrome, etc.) is a nosological entity with dual location, resulting in neuro-inflammation phenomena supported by non neuronal cells (matocyte, microglia). The woven localization, linked to peripheral sensitization due to the sensory terminations of nerves that co-innerate different pelvic organs, determines the share of diffuse inflammatory pain and associated oxidative stress. Spinal localization, instead linked to the central sensitization insorted due to the chronicity of the peripheral neuro-inflammatory phenomenon, determines and sustains the share of neuropathic pain that amplifies the algic feeling felt by the patient.
Pelvilen Dual Act is able to intervene effectively on both components of pain (mixed pain) through a synergistic and synchronous adjustment effect exercised by palmitoilethanolamide in the two forms, micronized and ultra-micronized. The contemporary presence of polydatin, a polyphenol with high antioxidant activity, allows the control of oxidative stress associated with neuro-inflammation in pelvic tissues.
Ingredients
Palmitoiletanolamide-polidatin informs co-micronized (particle size 2.0-10.0 micron), palmitoilethanolamide ultra micronized (particle size 0.8-6.0 micron); emulsifiers: microcrystalline cellulose, fatty acid magnesium salts, vegetable polysorbate, E1521; stabilizers: croscarmellose sodium, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyvinylalcool; anti agglomerants: silicon dioxide, talc; dyes: E132, E171, E172.
Without gluten.
