The ovata plantago has a prebiotic effect and an emollient and soothing action. It regulates intestinal transit and contributes to the formation of feces of consistency and normal volume.

Ingredients
Psillyum Cuticola (Plantago ovata Forssk., tegument of seeds); acidity corrector: citric acid; aromas, maize maltodextrin, beta-galattosidase; anti-agglomerating agent: silicon dioxide; eulcorant: sucralose; alpha-galattosidase.
Without gluten and without aspartame.

Mode of use
Adults and children over 12 years: a bag, two-three times a day, immediately before meals.
For proper use of the product in children under 12 years consult your doctor. Since psyllium fiber may delay the intestinal absorption of drugs, interpose a period of at least 2 hours between the intake of Plantalax 3 and that of medicines.
Pour the contents of a Plantalax 3 sachet into a large glass, add ungased water (200 ml), mix well for a few seconds and drink immediately. The possible increase in consistency of the preparation (forming gel) is a feature of Plantalax 3.
Warnings
The product is contraindicated in case of abnormal narrowing of the gastroenteric tract and therefore should not be used if the risk of intestinal obstruction or this is already present. Do not exceed the recommended daily doses. Keep out of reach of children under the age of 3. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
It may contain traces of mustard and sesame due to contamination in the cultivation areas of psillio, this presence does not alter the taste or quality of the product.
