Tinea Pedis (Piede d’Atleta). Canonical is a very common nail affection that affects about 20% of the population; in patients over 60 years of age, aomycosis reaches much higher percentages, between 50 and 75%. A number of risk factors have been identified which predispose to anaemics; many of these factors are characteristic of elderly people (peripheral neuropatie, ischemia, venous stasis, chronic thrombophlebititis, diabetes, hypertension, etc.). Also in the young and adult subject, the growing use of insufficient breathing footwear, the frequenting of infected sandstones, swimming pools, showers, etc. are factors of increasing risk for the mycotic infections of the nail. The penetration of the mycete depends on the degree of reactivity of the dermo-epidermal tissues that make up the ointment apparatus (unique bed, nail matrix, iponichio, etc.). Such manifestations are frequently accompanied by conditions of trophism of the nail with alteration of form, color, structure (onicodistrophy). The substances contained in PODATLET PoliAct GOCCE, act in a synergistic and synchronic manner both on the control of the degree of reactivity of the skin and mucocutaneous tissues (through precise biological mechanisms) balancing the natural defenses implemented by the body to counteract the penetration and proliferation of mycetes; both on the normalization of the ointment trophism. Adelmidrol regulates the activity of dermal mastocyte; the complex Undecilenic Acid - Fitosphyngosine - Usnic Acid - Triclosan-Bronopol acts as a bio-inhibitor of microbial growth thus concurring to limit the risk of onicomycosis; biotin and Vitamin A regulate keratin differentiation; polidatina determines free anti-radical effect and Urea contrasts the thickening of the nail.

Mode of use
Apply a few drops of solution along the side ointment, on the proximal plica and along the free edge of the nail foil, taking care that the product penetrates into the sub-laminar zone. Repeat treatment at least 2 times a day.
Warnings
Only for external use. The product is not indicated for subjects already sensitive to the components present in the formulation. Keep out of reach of children.
