Mode of use
Take 1 or 2 tablets a day on a full stomach, to keep the vitality and effectiveness of lactic ferments longer. We recommend constant, regular and prolonged use every day.

For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children it is recommended to feel the medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet.
