Description
99% pure psyllium fiber dietary supplement, with sweetener.
The psyllium (plantago ovata) contained in Psyllogel Fibra is useful for:
- promote regularity of intestinal transit thanks to the formation of soft and sliding feces
- promote the balance of intestinal bacterial flora
- help slow nutrient absorption and promote the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids.
Taste: red orange.
Ingredients
Psyllium fibre (ovata planta forsk., tegumentum seminis) pure to 99%; acidifier: citric acid; elder extract; emulsifier: lecithin; aroma, maltodextrin; anti-agglomerating agent: silicon dioxide; eulcorante: sucralosio.
Without gluten.
It contains no sources of lactose.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 to 4 sachets of Psyllogel Fibra per day, at any time of the day or according to the doctor's opinion.
Pour the contents of a sachet into a drink glass (200 ml), fill with non-carbonated natural water, mix well for a few seconds and drink immediately.
