Description
99% pure psyllium fiber dietary supplement, with sweetener.
The psyllium (Ovate plantation) content in Psyllogel Fibra is useful for:
-favor the regularity of intestinal transit thanks to the formation of soft and sliding feces;
-favor the balance of the intestinal bacterial flora;
-slow the absorption of nutrients and promote the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids.
Ingredients
Psyllium fibre (Plantago ovata Forsk., tegumentum seminis) pure to 99%; acidifier: citric acid; aromas; charge agent: isomalto; emulsifier: lecithin; eulcorant: glycosides of the slender; dehydrated strawberry juice, elder extract; anti-agglomerating agent: silicon dioxide. It contains no sources of lactose.
Without gluten.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 to 4 sachets of Psyllogel Fibra per day, at any time of the day or according to the doctor/pharmaceuticals opinion. Take with adequate amounts of water: pour the contents of a sachet into a drink glass (200 ml), fill with non-gased natural water, mix well for a few seconds and drink immediately.
Warnings
Also suitable for pregnancy.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Take the product at least two hours before or two hours after taking medication.
