The psyllium (Plantago Ovata Forsk., tegumentum seminis) contained in the product is useful for: - promote regularity of intestinal transit.
Ingredients
Psyllium fibre (Plantago ovata Forsk., tegumentum seminis) pure to 99%, acidifying: citric acid, aromas, emulsifier: lecithin soy, rose grapefruit juice, sweetener: sucralose, coloring: beet red, anti-agglomerating agent: silicon dioxide.
Contains soy.
Mode of use
Fiber must be taken with adequate amounts of water: pour the contents of a sachet into a drink glass (200 ml), fill with non-gassed natural water, mix well for a few seconds and drink immediately.
Warnings
Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Take the product at least two hours before or two hours after taking medication. Keep out of reach of children under three years. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
