Description
99% pure psyllium fiber dietary supplement, with sweetener.
The psyllium (Plantago ovata) contained in Psyllogel Fibra is useful for:
- promote regularity of intestinal transit thanks to the formation of soft and sliding feces
- promote the balance of intestinal bacterial flora
- help slow nutrient absorption and promote the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids.
Ingredients
Psyllium fibre (ovata planta forsk., tegumentum seminis) pure to 99%, soluble tea extract; acidifier: citric acid; emulsifier: lecithin; maltodextrin; eulcorant: aspartame; anti-agglomerating agent: silicon dioxide; lemon aroma.
It contains no sources of lactose.
Without gluten.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 to 4 bags of Psyllogel Fibra per day, at any time of the day or according to the doctor/pharmaceuticals opinion.
Psyllogel Fibra must be taken with adequate amounts of water: pour the contents of a sachet into a drink glass (200 ml), fill with non-gassed natural water, mix well for a few seconds and drink immediately.
Warnings
Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
Take the product at least two hours before or two hours after taking medication.
Also suitable for pregnancy.
It contains a source of phenylalanine.
Keep out of reach of children under three years.
