Description
Food supplement based on fermented soy extract containing NSK-SD nattokinase, phybrinolitic and antithrombotic enzyme of natural origin, with plasmino-simile activity.
The fermented soy extract is in the form of odorless powder of milk white color. It consists of 30% fermented soy extract powder and 70% resistant dextrine (as support) derived from corn starch, which is added during processing. Vitamin K2 is eliminated during the manufacturing process. The fermented soy extract contains nattochinasis isolated from the nose, a food produced by the fermentation of non-genetically modified soybean (Glicine Max L.) with a selected strain of bacillus subtilis var. natto. Activities of the Nattochinasi: 20.000-28.000 FU/g (fibrine degradation unit, analysis method described in takaoka et al).
Nattokinase is an enzyme present in Japanese food called natto. During the extraction and purification process, Vitamin K2 is completely removed to ensure greater safety of use. Nattokinase is a serin-protease consisting of the residue of 275 amino acids, has a molecular weight of 275 Dalton, presents itself as odorless powder, of milk white color, and has a fibrinolytic activity of 2000 Fibrinolitic Units (FU) for 100 mg of active ingredient. The recommended dosage is 100 mg per day, equal to 2000. FU nattokinasi NSK-SD is included in the JHFA (Japan Health and Nutrition Food Association) and JNKA (Japan Nattokinase Association), which guarantees authenticity and compliance with the active ingredient. Nattokinasi NSK-SD is produced using ungenetically modified soy, fermented by a strain of bacillus subtilis var. born covered by international patent, owned by JBSL (Japan Bio Science Laboratory).
Nattokinase is characterized by the ability to modify the reological properties of blood; improves blood flow by reducing its viscosity. Its action is explicated by the inhibition of red blood cell aggregation, the inhibition of platelet aggregation, and the improvement of fibrinolytic and trombolitic activity. At the suggested dosage, nattokinase reduces the concentration of coagulation factors to the minimum of physiological quantities without interfering with wound haemostatic processes. Nattokinase also possesses antihypertensive activity and is able to reduce the concentration of reactive C protein (PCR), known risk factor for cardio-cerebro-vascular diseases.
Reonat can be used as an adjuvant if a reduced contribution or greater use of its constituents is taking place, which is manifested mainly in the course of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, peripheral arteriopathies, deep venous thrombosis and in all conditions in which you want to reduce blood viscosity.

Warnings
Nattokinase NSK-SD is a soy derivative and some traces of it can be found in the finished product. Do not take the product if you are allergic to soy. We do not recommend taking the product during pregnancy and nursing. Subjects in treatment with anticoagulant and anti-platelet drugs should feel the opinion of their doctor before taking the product. It is recommended to suspend the intake of the product before surgery.
