RINOREX
nasal shower
with bicarbonate
Hypertonic saline solution at 3% of NaCl, sterile ready for use, indicated as an adjuvant in the treatment of respiratory affections with impairment of muco-cylinder clearance.
Thanks to the presence of bicarbonate sodium, it performs a buffering function, corrective of the pH of the rinophurous mucosa.
Mode of use
ADULTS: a narch vial 1/2 times a day or according to medical advice.
CHILDREN: half vial per nostril 1/2 times a day or according to medical advice.
Carefully wash the nebulization amp by carefully following the indications of the inhalation device manufacturer used.
Gently attach the dispenser to the nasal vestibule and spray both nostrils.
In aerosoltherapy RINOREX DOCCIA can be used alone or to dilute other drugs, in the latter case follow the indications on the packaging of the drug to be diluted.
The 3% hypertonic saline solution cannot be associated, because visually incompatible, with chromoglycated sodium.

Aqua, sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children.
Avoid contact with eyes.
The product is only for inhalation use, the vial is not intended for oral use.
The vial is monodose, not reusable and not reusable once opened.
The first use of the product must be carried out under medical control or qualified personnel.
Use by children must be supervised by an adult.
Inhalation of hypertonic saline solution to 3% in particularly sensitive patients, could cause bronchospasm episodes; in this case interrupt the treatment and consult the doctor in order to establish suitable support therapy (eg: use of bronchodilators).
In some cases nebulization can cause a slight and transitory sense of local irritation.
Contraindicated for those suffering from hypersensitivity to components.
The use, especially if prolonged, can give rise to phenomena of awareness; where this occurs, stop treatment and consult your doctor in order to establish suitable therapy.
It is important to report to the doctor or pharmacist the appearance of unwanted effects not described in this leaflet

Maintain at temperature between 5°C and 25°C, sheltered from light sources and direct heat.
Keep away from moisture.
