OvulationDescription
The LH Ovulation Test is a lateral flow immunological test for the qualitative detection of the peak of LH in the urine, indicating that ovulation will probably occur in the next 24-36 hours.
The test uses a combination of antibodies that includes the monoclonal antibody LH to selectively detect high levels of LH.
Precautions
1. Do not use over the printed expiration date on the sealed packaging.
2. Do not use if the package is torn or damaged.
3. Store in a dry place at 2-30°C or 36-86°F. Don't freeze.
4. Keep away from the reach of children.
5. Do not open the test package until you are ready to start the test.
6. Only for in vitro diagnostic use. Not for internal use.
7. The test used must be disposed of according to local regulations.
Mode of use
Determine the start day test using the table "When to start the test".
1. Bring the packaging to room temperature before opening it. Extract the test device from the sealed package and use it within an hour.
2. Remove the cap and place it above the Impugnatura from Pollice.
3. Keep the device for the grip with the cap with the exposed and direct absorbent tip down directly into the urine flow for at least 15 seconds until it is completely wet.
Note: Do not urinate on the Results Window. If you prefer, you can urinate in a clean and dry container and then immerse the absorbent tip of the test in the urine for at least 15 seconds.
4. After removing the test from the urine, immediately put the cap on the absorbent tip, place the test on a flat surface with the Results Window up and start calculating the time.
5. When the test begins to work, you will notice a slight color that flows through the results window.
Read results after 3 minutes. If there is no result, wait a minute. Do not read the results after 10 minutes.
Reading results
POSITIVE: Two colored lines appear, the line in the Test area is of the same color or darker than that in the Control area. This indicates that it will likely be ovulated within the next 24-36 hours.
NEGATIVE: Two colored lines appear, but the line in the Test area is lighter than in the Control area, or there is no line in the Test area. This indicates that no LH peak has been detected and the daily test must continue.
NULLO: the result is null if no coloured line appears in the Control area, even if a line appears in the Test area. You will have to repeat the procedure with a new test.
Limits
1. Only for use of self-diagnosis in vitro.
2. This test cannot be used as a birth control method.
3. The test results should not be affected by painkillers, antibiotics and other medicines of common use. Drugs containing hCG or LH can affect the test and should not be taken when using the LH rapid Ovulation Test (Urina). In addition, the test does not work properly on pregnant, menopause or taking birth pills.
Format
Box containing 4 pieces.
