Description
Food supplement based on L-theanine, magnesium, plant extracts and melatonin miniactives retard. With sugar and sweetener.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to sleep. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake, just before bedtime, of 1 mg of melatonin.
Magnesium contributes to the normal psychological function and normal functioning of the nervous system, while the dry extract of jujube promotes relaxation, sleep and mental well-being.

Ingredients
Maltodextrin, magnesium salts of citric acid, L-theanine, magnolia (Magnolia officinalis Rehder & Wilson) cortex e.s. tit. 2% in honokiol, juggiolo (Ziziphus jujuba Mill.) e.s. tit. 2% in triterpenic saponins, aroma, melatonin miniactives retard (melatonine, sucrose, corn starch; stabilizer: hydroxypropylcellulose; coating agent: gum; anti-agglomerating agent: talc); acidifier: citric acid; anti-agglomerating agent: silicon dioxide; eulcorante: sucralose; coloring: beta-carotene; melatonin.

Mode of use
It is recommended to melt 11 sticks in a glass of water in the evening just before bedtime. Product concentrated in stick to be consumed after reconstitution in 200 ml of water (equal to a glass filled with water).
