Description
Food supplement based on melatonin and plant extracts.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to take sleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking, just before bedtime, of 1 mg melatonin) and to alleviate the effects of jet-lag (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking, just before bedtime, of a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination).
Griffonia and giuggiolo promote relaxation and sleep.

Without gluten.
Of course without lactose.

Mode of use
We recommend 2 nebulizations, preferably under the tongue, in the evening just before bedtime or in need. Shake before use.

Excessive consumption can have laxative effects.
