Stopper is effectively employed in case of accelerated intestinal transit (acute and chronic diarrhea), in the presence of ileostomy or ileoanastomosis or in the results of surgery of the digestive apparatus, including obesity surgery, in case of diarroic alvo from irritable intes, in case of “diarrhea of the traveller” or to improve fecal continence. Ingredients
1 bag: 3,00 g Diosmectite.

How to use
The amount of Stopper to be taken daily is variable and depends on the individual conditions of the Patient and/or the opinion of the Doctor. Indicatively:
- in acute diarrhea, 1-2 sachets after each discharge;
- in fecal incontinence and chronic diarrhea, from 1 to 3 sachets per day, starting with 1 sachet and increasing the ration gradually, to prevent an unbalanced increase in the fecal consistency.
The product is in oral suspension, already dosed, can therefore be taken as such as or diluted in as much water.
Assumption in childhood:
- children aged 6 years: 2 - 3 sachets per day;
- children aged 1 year: 1 - 2 sachets a day.

Interactions
Heart glycosides, alkaloids, estrogen, chlorochina, clindamycin, digoxin, lincomycin.

Warnings
Take the product at least 2 hours before or 2 hours after the medications, especially in the course of treatment with the medications mentioned above. If the symptom does not regress consult the Doctor.

Side effects
Stipsi.

Pregnancy and nursing
Only if necessary and after consulting the attending physician.

Diabetic people
Admitted.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to Diosmectitis. Secondary diarrhea to pseudomembranous enterocolitis and in general to serious organic pathologies to the gastroenteric tube.
