Description
Food supplement based on bacopa, teanine, saffron, copper and vitamins.
The bacopa is useful to promote memory, cognitive functions and mental well-being, saffron to support normal mood tone. Biotin, vitamins B12 and B6 contribute to normal psychological function and, like copper, to normal functioning of the nervous system. Folic acid and vitamins B6 and B12 also contribute to counter fatigue and fatigue.
The kiss (Bacopa monnieri dry extract titrated to 25% equal to 80 mg of bacosids) contains substances called bacosids that have nootropic activity, i.e. increase the release of neurochemical agents (neurotransmitters, hormones and enzymes) and that optimize oxygen supply to the brain thus improving memory and cognitive functions. Also bacosids have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activity, therefore neuroprotective.
Teanine improves cognitive functions, attention, emotional state, promotes relaxation and quality of sleep.
The saffron (Crocus sativus dry extract titrated at 5% equal to 1,5 mg of crucine) contains the crucine, substance that normalizes mood tone as it possesses an antidepressant and anti-inflammatory activity able to improve learning and memory.
Folic acid, copper and vitamins have an important role in maintaining the integrity of the nervous system and their deficiency has been associated with both cognitive decline and dementia. Group B vitamins are also cofactors for the formation of neuronal membranes and synapses. In particular, vitamin B6 is also involved in the regulation of mental and mood functions. Folic acid and vitamins B6 and B12 are also involved in homocysteine metabolism.

Mode of use
Take 1 tablet daily before breakfast.
Accompany the intake of the tablet with a large glass of water.
