Description
Very special solar protector, designed to protect the skin under heliotherapy. It consists of a selective filter system, designed to facilitate the reduction, through heliotherapy, of the inflammatory-desquamative skin states. It has an exclusive formula characterized by high concentrations of boswellic acids with very high soothing and disarroxing capacity, prior to solar erytheses.
It consists of a selective filtering system, SPF10 UVAPF15 designed to let pass a substantial part of UVB rays with wavelength 311 nm, but with a strong filtering power towards the solar rays of different wavelength (UVA and UVB that cause erythema). In view of the possibility, although minimal, that UVB 311 nm rays can induce sunburn, Tae-X UV-PSO has been equipped with a strong lenitive and preventive action of solar erythema. Its formula contains in fact high concentrations of boswellic acids, active ingredients anti erythema and very special lenitives, derived from the resin of an exotic plant, the tightened boswellia, and studied to give further help to the skin under the stress of even very intense sun exposures. In addition, boswellic acids, for their peculiar effect contribute to reduce the erythema that is always present in the psoriasis patches, regardless of exposure to the sun.
Mode of use
It is recommended to apply the Tae-X UV-PSO, from 10 to 15 minutes before exposure to the sun, as is normally done for all antisolar products. The product should be applied only on the psoriasis pizzas, in abundant quantity, then massaging slightly for a few minutes, to promote absorption and avoid localized accumulations. The product must always be reapplied after each bath in fresh or salted water and even after sweating abundantly, for example after intense exercise. On healthy skin, not affected by psoriasis, it is recommended to apply a solar protective suitable for your phototype and exposure conditions: season, time of day, geographical latitude, etc. In any case it is recommended, at the first exposures in the sun, for all skin types, to apply a minimum protection of SPF 30 and high UVA protection factor on the nonpsychotic skin. For low phototypes, i.e. for those with lighter skin and is easily burnt, it is always advisable to apply a solar with SPF 50+ protection factor and a very high UVA protection factor. In any case, it is advisable to contact your dermatologist to correctly frame your phototype and receive personalized advice for adequate sun protection. The duration of exposure to the sun to obtain the greatest benefits from heliotherapy must also be established according to the phototype: short exposures will be recommended to those who have clear and sensitive skin and longer exposures to those who have a darker complexion. A correct heliotherapy program for psoriasis can be recommended by the dermatologist specialist who follows the patient for this pathology: in no case are recommended prolonged exposures in the sun with the use of the Tae-X UV-PSO without consulting the specialist. Like people with skin very sensitive to sun rays, even children must always be protected with high protection products (SPF 50+ and FP UVA very high).
