Description
Food supplement based on alpha-lipoic acid (thioptic acid), vitamins of group B, vitamin E and vitamin C, useful in case of increased requirements of these substances.
Vitamins C and E promote cell protection from oxidative stress, while vitamins B1, B2, B6 and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Ingredients
Alpha-lipoic acid, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin PP, folic acid.
Without gluten.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 tablets daily, preferably on an empty stomach (an hour before the meal or 2-3 hours later), morning or evening. To obtain the maximum release effect over time take the tablets one in the morning and one in the evening, interspersed by about 10 hours.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
For use of the product it is recommended to feel the opinion of the doctor. In rare cases lipoic acid can give hypoglycemia.
