Food Tollat 30cps
Tollat
Description
Food supplement based on lactase (an enzyme derived from Asperdillus oryzae) and lactic ferments probiotic and fruit-oligosaccharides (FOS).
Lactase allows hydrolysis of lactose by favouring digestion in subjects who have difficulty digesting it.
Tollat is useful to promote physiologically the digestion of lactose present in foods in two simple sugars, glucose and galactose, which are easily digestible.
For those who are lactose intolerant, the use of Tollat can help to counter the formation of intestinal gas, unpleasant flatulence and - sometimes - even diarrhea.
Tollat is indicated in lactose intolerant subjects as it is useful to promote physiologically the digestive process of lactose, avoiding that it reaches the colon, where it would be fermented by intestinal bacteria, resulting in insurgency of intestinal disturbances.
Ingredients
Lactobacillus reuteri SGL01, bacillus subtilis SNZ-1972, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, fructoligosaccharides, lactate, bacillus coagulans MTCC5260; anti-agglomerating agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids.
Nutritional characteristics
Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1-2 capsules daily to swallow with a plentiful glass of water about 15-30 minutes before the meal.
The intake of 1 capsule of Tollat allows digestion of about 12.5 grams of lactose (corresponding to the quantity contained in about 250 ml of milk).
Warnings
Do not use if this hypersensitivity is known to the active ingredient or other components of the formulation.
Pregnancy and nursing: lactase enzyme is normally present in the intestine, it does not enter the bloodstream. Scientific studies are not available on the use of lactases during pregnancy and lactating. It is recommended to consult your doctor, especially in the first trimester of pregnancy.
Lactase enzyme is only active at the intestinal level and is not absorbed. Therefore, any side effects are localized or linked to cases of hypersensitivity to the active ingredient and/or one of the components of the formulation. In this case it is necessary to stop the treatment. The possibility of occurrence of side effects is limited if you stick to the dosage prescribed by your doctor.
Compliance with the instructions contained in the leaflet reduces the risk of unwanted effects.
Keep out of reach of children under the age of three. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a proper lifestyle. Take the product to each meal containing lactose. Lactose tolerance is variable and it is appropriate to ask the doctor for advice.
Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place, away from heat sources.
