To try to adapt the correct amount of ingredients to the intensity of the disturbances perceived by each woman, the tablets of Valdispert Menopausa Day&Night are prepared to split into two parts, thanks to the pre-cut line that allows to modulate the administration as needed.
The two formulations have in common 3 components, whose contribution is recommended during the entire span of 24 hours: phytoestrogens from red clover extract mimic the regulator effects of female estrogens, counteracting heat flashes, while the Vitis vinifera is known for its anti-aging action. Magnesium fights fatigue, stabilizes mood and participates in the maintenance of bone structures.
The day formula (white compression), is characterized, moreover, by the presence of the extract of mat, which favors weight control and has an energizing effect.
The night formula (pink compression) instead possesses melatonin, which assumed before bedtime, facilitates sleep.

Mode of use
For premenopausal disorders: 1/2 tablet day formula (white color) in the morning and 1/2 tablet night formula (pink color) in the evening just before bedtime.
For menopause disorders: 1 tablet day formula (white color) in the morning and 1 tablet night formula (pink color) in the evening just before bedtime.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be understood as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a proper lifestyle. Do not take during pregnancy.
The product must be used as part of a proper hypocaloric diet following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods, greater than 3 weeks, it is recommended to feel the medical advice.

Conservation
Store at room temperature (not more than 25°C); avoid exposure to localized heat sources, solar rays and contact with water.
