Ingredients

	for 1 tablet
Valeriana (Valeriana officinalis L., root; maltodextrin) dry extract titolate to 0.42% in valerenic acid	125 mg   0.525 mg
Other ingredients: charge agent: sorbitol; stabilizer: sodium lattice cellulose; coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, acetic esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; antiagglomerants: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; coloring: E171.

Mode of use
Take 1-2 tablets daily, according to need just before bedtime.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep the product out of reach of children under 3 years of age. For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children it is recommended to feel the medical advice. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Excessive consumption can have laxative effects.

Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place. The expiration date refers to the product in an integrated package, properly preserved.
