Mode of use
We recommend taking 2-3 ml in the evening before bedtime and 1.5 ml in need during the day, preferably after meals.

Do not exceed the recommended doses. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and should be used in a healthy lifestyle. The product must be kept out of reach of children under three years of age. For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children it is recommended to feel the medical advice.
