Description
Food supplement based on Melatonin and Valerian. Thanks to Melatonin, it contributes to the reduction of the time required to sleep. This beneficial effect is achieved by taking, just before bedtime, 1 mg of Melatonin. Thanks to Valeriana, it contributes to relaxation (sleeping; in case of stress). Thanks to Melatonin, it helps relieve the effects of jet lag. This beneficial effect is achieved by taking, just before bedtime, a minimum of 0.5 mg of the substance on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet coated daily, in the evening half an hour before bedtime, to swallow with water.
