OFTALMICALS IN FLACONE

Indications
Humidifies and lubricates the eye surface and reduces the risk of lacrimal film instability.
While not having a pharmacological effect, it protects the corneal epithelium from possible damage caused by:
- adverse weather and environmental conditions such as wind, cold, sun, salsedine, air conditioning, smoke, smog, thin dust;
- special conditions of ophthalmic stress due to the use of contact lenses or prolonged work to videoterminals or microscopes.
Useful when in particular conditions or as a result of taking certain medications, tearing is reduced as for example in menopause and during the treatment of diabetes.

Mode of use
Instill, at the time of need, even several times a day, one or two drops for each eye, leaving them to fall from above and avoiding the bottle touches the eyelashes or the eye surface.

Warnings
Only for external use.
It should not be used immediately before the administration of medicines for curative purposes, and in 5 minutes after the application of a possible pharmacological therapy for topical purposes.
Do not use in conjunction with the application of contact lenses.
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to components or other substances closely related to chemical.
Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the package.
Keep out of reach of children.

Undesirable effects
In rare cases, a slight disbursement of the sight of instillation has been observed, which is due to the viscosity of the solution. This feeling, however, disappears very quickly.
It is possible to occur, in some rare case, of intolerance (a sense of burning and/or irritation).
The protracting of symptoms could be caused by the presence of the preservative. In this case, you should contact your doctor.
Compliance with the instructions in the leaflet reduces the risk of unwanted effects.

Components
Sodium hyaluronate 0.2 g; sodium chloride; magnesium chloride; potassium chloride; sodium phosphate monobasic; sodium phosphate bibasic, trisodic citrate; thimerosal; water p.p.i.

Conservation
If it is stored at a temperature between 2°C and 25°C.
The solution must be used within 4 weeks of the first opening of the bottle. After this period, remove any residue.
