Description
Food supplement based on hydrolyzed marine collagen type I and III highly purified, hyaluronic acid, resveratrol, vitamin C, copper and zinc. Collagen, along with hyaluronic acid, helps maintain the elasticity and compactness of the skin. Biocollagenix is suitable for all people who want to take care of their skin and skin outbuildings (hairs and nails), with a stimulus action from within the body. Ideal in case of excessive exposure to the sun, for people working indoors and in air-conditioned rooms that dehydrate the skin and for people who do not follow a proper diet.
Property
Collagen: more abundant protein than vertebrates. Its fibers are resistant and insoluble and are the main components of connective tissues such as bones, teeth, cartilage, tendons, skin and walls of blood vessels capable of resisting mechanical stress. Mammals have about 30 types of collagen chains. Types I and III represent 90% of total collagen and enter the composition of the skin. Hydrolyzed collagen contains an abundance of amino acids (glycine, proline and hydroxyproline), which are not found in other protein sources and play an important role in collagen synthesis. It is quickly absorbed as it consists of low molecular weight peptides.
Hyaluronic acid: polymer of course present in the dermis. It belongs to a class of substances called glycosamynoglycans (GAGs), consisting of two identical disaccharide units that are repeated giving rise to a very long chain. Confers optimal hydration, the right elastic response and mechanical support. With age its concentration in the dermis tends to decrease, and the skin is dehydrated and aged.
Resveratrol: powerful antioxidant. Obtained for fermentation: saccharomyces cerevisiae ferments a sugar derived from corn starch and produces pure resveratrol, therefore devoid of contaminants and allergens.
Vitamin C: contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and the normal formation of collagen.
Zinc: contributes to the formation of collagen for the function of the skin.
Copper: contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissues and, together with vitamin C and zinc, performs antioxidant action.
