It also helps normal functioning of the nervous system, muscle function and protein synthesis.

Ingredients
Citrate magnesium; acidifiers: citric acid, tartaric acid; sodium bicarbonate, magnesium glycerophosphate, magnesium marine ( magnesium oxide, magnesium hydroxide, magnesium carbonate, magnesium sulphate, magnesium chloride), maltodextrin, natural aroma; anti-agglomerating agent: silicon dioxide; eulcorants: glycosides of the slender.
The product is free of starch, milk and derivatives, gluten, soy, artificial dyes and aromas, GMOs.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 2 sachets per day, each loose in a glass of water.
