Description
Food supplement particularly suitable for people who have sleeping disorders; is a valid help in stress situations that make the night rest difficult. It is also useful to adjust the circadian rhythms and promote the adaptation of the body to the time zone variations (jet lag).
The dosage of 1 mg is the maximum allowed by the Italian Ministry of Health for a food supplement.
The special retard formulation guarantees a gradual and complete Melatonin release throughout the night, reducing night awakening and facilitating re-addorment.
It contains no added sugar, added preservatives, artificial dyes, GMOs.

Ingredients
Melatonin; excipients: charge agents: calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose; anti-agglomerating agents: magnesium vegetable stearate and silicon dioxide.
Without gluten, derivatives of milk and lactose.
Mode of use
1 microtable retard per day with plenty of water.
