Mode of use
It is recommended to dissolve 30 g (1 scoop and 1⁄2) of product in 500 ml of water to be taken before, during and after training.
Warnings
The product should be taken in a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. You should consult your doctor in case of prolonged use (over 6-8 weeks).
