Creatine monohydrate, L-arginine; acidity concealer: citric acid; beta alanine, magnesium oxide, potassium citrate, maltodextrin, aroma, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); eulcorant: sucralose; phosphate iron; eulcorant: acesulphame K; zinc citrate; coloring: betacarotene; vitamin B1 (thiamin hydrochloride).

Mode of use
Dissolve the contents of a bag in a glass of water (200 ml).
